3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on kv888:

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (via Mobile Banking/Nagad/Rocket).
• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, though verification may take up to 24 hours.
• Kv888 may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

Kv888 follows international standards for anti-money laundering. Accounts may be temporarily suspended for review if unusual transaction patterns are detected.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kv888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed:

• Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to BDT 5,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must complete wagering of 10x the bonus amount.
• Reload Bonus: The weekly reload bonus is subject to a 5x wagering requirement.
• Cashback Offer: Weekly cashback is available under specific conditions, with no wagering requirements.
• Each bonus can only be used once — one promotion per user.
• Only bets with minimum odds of 1.50 will count toward wagering while a bonus is active.
• Withdrawing before meeting the bonus requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

Kv888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Any attempt to abuse a bonus will result in account termination.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on kv888:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• No new bets will be accepted once the market closes before an event begins.
• Kv888 reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or any other unethical activity will be voided.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the last confirmed bet will be considered valid.
• If one leg of a combo bet is void, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.00.

Betting odds on kv888 may change in line with market conditions. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet will be confirmed — subsequent changes will not apply.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kv888 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus offers.
• Using betting software, bots, or any automation tools.
• Using another person's account or selling your account.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding or coordinating with other players to place bets.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Deceiving customer support with false or misleading information.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Kv888 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms violation.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious betting patterns or fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• In the event of a security threat.

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining real-money balance will be eligible for withdrawal, but the bonus balance will be forfeited. To reopen a closed account, please contact customer support.
